Firstly...Thank you

No great venture can begin before gratitude, The Absurd Architect think so at least. And before all the unglamorous frenzy of beating the algorithm, lets get human.

Absurd is a culmination (and yet still the beginning ) of an era of heated thoughts and discussions. On architecture. On design. But more so about the humans behind it. The clicking keys behind every presentation. The piling cups of coffee behind every brilliant submission. The incredible amount of brain energy poured into every door, slab and window.

As an architect myself, somewhere in between butter sheets, CAD files and late night conversations, questions began piling up. Of primitive cultures and the need of it. Of creativity vs logic. And we all saw a huge gap between the romantic journey of design and the painful reality of being a designer.

The Absurd Architect wants to talk about such aspects. The ones they don't tell you about. The rather absurd parts of it. And hey - we have no answers yet, but we can try. Together.
